Scandalous as hell. They quoted me one price but ended up charging me almost 3 times as much and they didn't even do anything.. Must be a slow week or something

"Very disappointed. Scheduled a large order (near $300) days in advance. When arrived to pick it up, not only was it not near ready, we were completely ignored while standing at the counter for approx 5 min. (Which explains the couple in the parking lot leaving and telling us not to go in because they were to busy to seat them) while being ignored, we watched one of our pizzas being thrown in the trash after sticking to the pan, we paid for our order and continue to wait an additional 45 min until our order was completed, delaying a large party. An employee apologized saying he had not realized he was scheduled to work, therefore opened late causing our order to be late. We were not offered any sort of compensation for waiting and the delay of our event. Will not be ordering from here again."

"Went for the Goodrich ice cream. Disappointed they didn't have items that were on the menu from the Goodrich website. The young man behind the counter accommodated my wife's order for a hot fudge brownie sundae with chocolate ice cream, chocolate sauce, but no brownie. In fact, didn't look like they did much ice cream business. I came for one of those great Goodrich malts. Was not disappointed. Very few places make malts anymore. If you want just a malt, sundae, or some of their hand-packed ice cream, this place will take care of you."

"The decor is bright and inviting. The service was amazing. I wasn't thrilled with the food. The enchilada was filled with unseasoned ground meat, no sauce and no cheese, very disappointing. The filling in the flauta was cold and the cheese wasn't close to melted and the chicken was cold. I enjoyed my tamale the most, but it didn't have much flavor either. Service: Dine in"
