We very much enjoyed our meal on the outdoor terrace of the restaurant! The pasta was absolutely first rate the mark of a fine Italian restaurant. So was my appetizer of fois gras. The dessert was a bit too substantial for my liking but it was very good. I can not compare with other restaurants in Davidson but we are certainly glad we chose this one for our evening out. High-end Italian. Unique dishes (ie pheasant, stuffed porked chop. in the normally non-pasta entree’s did not come with strength/size. it was thought that the courts were overpriced. Entrees took a while to come, but knew everything was made to order. sufficient in portions. service was fair. we would come back and try again. quality of the meal was very good View all feedback.
Exceptional meal! Our evening last night could not have been better at this restaurant. The food was truly incredible as was the service. The pictures of the food do not even begin to do it justice. The flavors and textures are wonderfully layered and remind you with every bite how authentic of an Italian restaurant this is. We cannot wait to return.
Small, warm restaurant in downtown Davidson. I recommend a reservation. Your menu changes regularly, so check your Facebook for the current menu. Part of the main retreat is generous. The menu is ala carte so that ancillary and salad are an additional fee. Our appetizer was delicious, we had the fegato.
Nice place with great service and ambience. The food was good. Great place for Italian thoughts on the expensive side.

What a great little restaurant! We sat in her beautiful garden and had a wonderful meal. The food was exceptional, our waitress was friendly, friendly and ensured that our experience was perfect. The owner even came to our table for a nice conversation... super nice guy! Everything in a great evening.
