We were connected as a family of 5 in a luxury king with a Deluxe Queen room for two nights. The rooms were excellent and my children basically didn't want to leave the room except to go to the pool! This hotel is complete garbage related to customer service. I went to two different restaurants to use my legend card comp for food, and the systems were down so they did not accept orders. I went to the hostess to see if I could get a food voucher or something for the food dish etc. and no one would give me anything .. the hostess rudely dismissed me that I would be able to use Comps later.
