We have been absolute fans of the Schatzalp for over 30 years. Today again at Snow Beach in spring weather with well-known faces in service. Unfortunately the restaurant is very disappointing. (Too bad as the hotel is great) The food wasn't well seasoned, the portions were too small for the price and some of them weren't even that hot. The breakfast is also very manageable. The cheese was rather boring, the bread was probably baked bread, pineapple and grapefruit as fruit in midsummer, and nothing was labeled. What a pity.
