Le Salon de The' serves a lunch specialty that is superb and very inexpensive. The specialty consists of 1 inch square, rare to medium cooked, chunks of duck breast, sandwiched between two crisp pancakes of sorts, served in a plate bowl, and surrounded by chunks of potatoes and onions, with the whole plate laden with a light gravy (jus).
