"We really wanted to like this place more than we did. The atmosphere was so much fun, vibrant, and felt lively. We were really excited the minute we stepped in the door. And that is as far as we had to get before it started to fall apart. We stood there for about 10 minutes while servers walked around us, and the person at the reception area was busy doing something on the computer in front of her. Never even tried to make eye contact with us. Finally, she turned and yelled at a group of servers and told one to get over and seat us. So he did. We sat for another 20 minutes before our server came to take our order. That was the last time we saw him. Food was delivered by another person, and that was the end of service. The food was incredibly disappointing. I LOOKED good, but I can only describe the cheese in the chile relleno as processed, and the tortillas as generic. Honestly, some of the worst Mexican food I have had in a while. After waiting another good 20 minutes after we were finished and no sign of the waiter, I got up and went back to the host stand while she continued to ignore me. FINALLY someone walked up and asked what I needed and I simply said, to pay for my food. He found our server, and the server came over and handed me the check, with no apology, or even a care. And although this place was ripe for someone to dine-and-dash, I did the right thing and paid the $60 bill, and we left. As we were walking to the car my husband informed me that while I was trying to pay, the man at the table next to us was telling the server that he refused to pay for his food because it was so awful and they had waited for so long. So we weren 't the only ones not happy with the establishment. Not sure why there are such high reviews here, but I would say stay away and hit the chili joint next to it."

"Update: was told by Milano's that they would credit my card back the money owed, and it was never done, was told by a manger today they have to contact IT for it to be credited back. Someone is not telling the whole truth and they need to credit my money back to me, something I never should have had to call about. We ordered the pizza with the pepperoni between the cheese and on top the cheese. Plenty of cheese, the crust is good, but there is only one pepperoni between the layers of cheese. The sauce wasn't bland, but didn't have much flavor at all. The cheesy garlic bread had no garlic flavor at all, the cheese was not consistent, and very thin on the bread. We had chosen tiramisu to split, but they called and were out many hours before closing. They called and offered cheesecake or a cookie, but would not let us add both for some reason, planned on paying for both."

"Kelly was a great server. Very attentive and always smiling. The gourmet Scorpion Burger is possibly the best flavors in a burger I had from Red Robin. Not much heat, but very tasteful. On the bottom the beer tap didn't work well and it took a while to pour a beer and then it tasted pretty flat. Not the nearly $9 I was charged for."

"Hidden in an old shopping center, this is one of the best places for Thai food in Dayton! Portions are generous, and the employees are always very nice. I live in Beavercreek now, but I still make the trip when I can! Note of caution: their heat scale is pretty steep. 1 is ok, 2 has a kick, and then a 3 will light your tongue on fire. :P"
