This place is great!! Local local local. Been here a lot and love the steaks and cabbage rolls. Highly recommend!
Very mediocre food. That's all I can really say. Nothing really special about the place.
Just to start, I've eaten here beforeI used to live right down the road so I had this food as a child occasionallyfood is pretty mediocre at best.

"Had lunch here on the recommendation of the front desk staff at the nearby Fairfield hotel. Excellent Rueben sandwich, and my wife loved her Philly sandwich as well. Lots of vintage pinball machines. Friendly atmosphere as well. Looks like a fun place to come in the evening."

I thought my only option was a trip to the border. was fortunately surprised to find this place. had the Limp bags. great! the staff is very cool and helpful. very clean little space. beautiful twist on dingen and just good out. can not wait to try the rest of the menu. "We really wanted to like this place more than we did. The atmosphere was so much fun, vibrant, and felt lively. We were really excited the minute we stepped in the door. And that is as far as we had to get before it started to fall apart. We stood there for about 10 minutes while servers walked around us, and the person at the reception area was busy doing something on the computer in front of her. Never even tried to make eye contact with us. Finally, she turned and yelled at a group of servers and told one to get over and seat us. So he did. We sat for another 20 minutes before our server came to take our order. That was the last time we saw him. Food was delivered by another person, and that was the end of service. The food was incredibly disappointing. I LOOKED good, but I can only describe the cheese in the chile relleno as processed, and the tortillas as generic. Honestly, some of the worst Mexican food I have had in a while. After waiting another good 20 minutes after we were finished and no sign of the waiter, I got up and went back to the host stand while she continued to ignore me. FINALLY someone walked up and asked what I needed and I simply said, to pay for my food. He found our server, and the server came over and handed me the check, with no apology, or even a care. And although this place was ripe for someone to dine-and-dash, I did the right thing and paid the $60 bill, and we left. As we were walking to the car my husband informed me that while I was trying to pay, the man at the table next to us was telling the server that he refused to pay for his food because it was so awful and they had waited for so long. So we weren 't the only ones not happy with the establishment. Not sure why there are such high reviews here, but I would say stay away and hit the chili joint next to it."
