This Church's is pretty good. It's one of about 3 I'm the Dayton area. I have not had a problem with the service but once, they forgot my jalapeno peppers. The next time I went, the worker did remember though Kinda far from the west side and downtown but the chicken is usually hot and fresh. Don’t go here and definitely don’t order online. They charged my credit card and when we got there to pick up our order they said they can give it to us because they are not getting the online orders. They were rude and short when asking how we get reimbursed. They told me to cancel the online order but that’s not an option. Don’t go there they are completely incompetent. read more.
