This was our first time eating at Pizza Factory. We called ahead for take-out. When we got there, I noticed the kitchen was full of staff, all busy working. The girl at the counter was friendly, and our pizza was ready at the promised time. The pizza itself was good. Crust was on the thinner side. Lots of toppings. I found the crust tasteless and the pizza itself was just blanding, maybe brush the crust with a small olive oil or garlic!! However, the service was excellent, everyone who was behind the counter was excellent more than happy to help you with the said I would drive in Carson City to get a decent pizza before I went back to the Pizza Factory.
