I have been to many iftars during my 6 years in Dubai, This one in the bab al shams resort was the best so far. Food was delicious, huge buffet with wide variety and top quality. Seafood buffet with lobsters and lamb chops was noticeable! Also kunafa and Arabic food and Jallab juice was of the highest quality. This desert restaurant has outdoor seating, there is no interior. The food was great. unlimited buffet with a variety of dishes. Tasting and quality. Great customer service and service. Live entertainment. there were some souq shops in the entrance. We brought an Arabic perfume from the first shop, it was very cheap and affordable. We also went to the fabric shop next to the perfume shop. The live entertainment was fantastic authentic Arabic music and abdominal dance was great. Wide choice of dinner options. Ouzi Lamb, Raan-Mutton biriyani, Chicken Coal, Shawarma Station, Steak Station, Kebab Station, biriyani and variety of rice, Ice Speciality in Date Ice, Arabic Bakery, Arees, Arabic Candy and other deserts including Ali and much more. They serve bread, hummus and muttabul as welcome snacks. Cold water and soft drinks are served on the table. Delicious food and unlimited. There is a bar and you have to pay for the ghosts.

I was given one of these sofa with ventilators with great views of the show in the main dining area. Then show with camels, horses, goats and fire was a unique experience. The only improvement I would recommend is to provide some pineseed and ice next to the Jallab juice dispenser. I strongly recommend this iftar experience and I loom forward to visit back in Ramadan 2023.
What a fantastic experience to sit under the stars and enjoy an authentic local experience with local performers, Middle Eastern cuisine and great cocktails. A 45 min drive into the desert from Dubai Marina well worth get away. Unfortunately the resort is still closed due to maintenance.
An absolutely beautiful restaurant with outstanding food options and wonderful staff. From traditional foods to fresh cuts grilled on request. Lush desserts like rose ice-cream and kunafa are available. I loved the vibrant atmosphere and live music. The belly dancer is highly skilled and draws the crowd as is the Egyptian dancer. Unfortunately the area where traditional Arabic lifestyle is displayed is old and neglected and was not cleared of debris and mud. For traditional food and entertainment this restaurant is highly recommended and a must visit.
Wonderful experience....beautiful place to spend great time! Food was good in taste but they should increase the variety of food according to the price.
