It has to be right, finding catering employees is not easy. There were very few people about three tables that evening in mid August. Strange, on a beautiful summer evening with many tourists in Ostend. The mussels and fries were 'reasonable ' (culinary expectations are not high on the coast). But the service wasn 't.
