What User doesn't like about Nicolet:
Trying to come back and like it. brought cash because of the credit card fee and saw this sign. So now if you really look it is really a 6.5% cc fee now. And still not on the menu so still not following the law. The burgers and sandwiches look like a good deal till you see fries are extra. Staff is great, food is decent. Problem is ownership. Best breakfast in DePere. I have had a number of different items from the menu and was satisfied with all of them, from savory to sweet.
This was my 1st time here with 4 friends. I had the beef brisket on rye sandwich and a cup of French Onion soup. And a Blueberry milkshake. Great meal for lunch Totally satisfied. Service was awesome as expected. Definitely will be coming back with my family.

Cleanliness, friendliness, accuracy generous helpings of delicious food! Nuf said!!!! UPDATE 6/15/24: Even better service, still very good food options! However, I am afraid this place will soon be too much in disrepair to fix without a being cost prohibitive. Little things have not been addressed for months or longer. If they invested even one evening 3 or 4 handy people could do it. There are several regulars that would trade an evening for a couple of free meals. You have a very good thing going, be smart don't let it turn into another Julie's!! De Pere needs you.
Very nice restaurant getting into the lot is kinda hard if you aren't in the right lane but inside is very nice and food was excellent.
