Their food is not worth the amount of money that you have to pay for it! A few weeks ago we ordered a fish dinner that came with fresh asparagus and a baked potato. The asparagus was mushy on the top and the bottom was very woody!! As for the baked potato it was not baked all the way through, it had hard spots in it! The only thing we could eat was the fish. Great atmosphere, great portions, great flavor. The prime rib was really fatty, but the flavor was delicious. Mac n cheese was so good. Seafood platter came with scallops and shrimp. The pasta was delicious and filling. Great place to have a great time with friends, relaxed environment, great prices. Ps the breadstick had melted cheese inside..... sooo good
I LOVE this place!! Never had a bad meal... every out of town guest I take to Shellys has always enjoyed it and requests to go back whenever they visit! My favorite is the Dani Burger with Sweet Potato fries (with the special dipping goo)! Fantastic restaurant for such a small community... so thankful it is so close to home!!
