"The service was very rude and disrespectful. We called an hour and a half ahead and the lady ignored us on the phone for 2 minutes while talking to others in the back ground. When we tried to pick up our meal they told us they canceled it because they claimed we called back and told them to. Which we never did. The worst customer service. They came to our car and accused us of canceling our order. Not to mention demanded us to pay full price but it would have to be in cash. They never told us that over the phone."
