This restaurant is a hidden gem. The smoker is located right in front of the establishment at the end of the strip, and it consistently produces some of the best jerk dishes in the metro area. What No Name doesn't like about Dellia Jerk Palace:
I really appreciate the genuine way Dellia prepares her jerk chicken. She cooks it in a traditional jerk pit, giving it an authentic Jamaican flavor that you won't find anywhere else in Boston. The secret sauce she uses is also delicious. My only suggestion would be to make either the sauce or the meat spicier, but I understand that she wants to cater to all tastes.
