Great experience, with all of the issues trying to get employees to work Steak and Shake was innovative and has new ordering kiosk. It was quicker service and better service the order was correct. There is also no tipping now as well. Keep up the good work and to the others be patient or apply to be a server. View all feedback.

Cheap plastic spoons and forks that made eating very difficult. I don't think they can continue like this very long. Better off getting carry out and taking home. View all feedback.
good eating like 3 years ago, but I missed a waiter and don't like to circle on this kiosk. but the milkshakes are worth stopping there.
