Kayla's Kafe - Decker

Breakfast was terrific. The owner Kayla is very nice and friendly. Brian's Apple Pie was to die for. Prices are spot on. Atmosphere is small town cafe, very pleasant. We will definitely be going back for more!

Absolutely love this diner and it's proprietors! Kayla and Brian make everyone feel like family, and their food is home-cooked deliciousness! The Navaho Taco is superb, but be sure to save room for some of Brian's desserts. If there is cheesecake, in any form, I highly suggest trying it!Keep in mind, they only take cash, which is refreshing and I'll always stop at an ATM so that I can come in and feast at this place :

Food was good but a little pricey for breakfast at a diner, $25 for 2 people. They waited until we went to pay our bill to let us know it was cash only! Good thing we were able to scrounge enough cash up to pay. Some signs at the door would have been appreciated or say something before we ordered. I'm guessing, (purely guessing) that had we not had the cash they would have found a way to take our credit card. ‍

Great people great food you will not be disappointed

Best breakfast food ever! First time in the thumb of Michigan and this was the best place we ate. The staff owner, operators, I best say, wife and husband very friendly, its like you are at their dining room table. I think we might have to side step other northern destinations just to eat breakfast here. Yes, that good.
