Kwang Tung Restaurant is one of the few restaurants where you can have a healthy meal on Fogo Island. The owner, who is also the cook, prepares stir fry dishes with a lot of fresh vegetables. We ask for a recommendation on where to eat in Fogo & were told there are only two restaurants, a bar & grill or a Chinese restaurant. We opted for the Chinese one.
