love comes here. eating is consistently very good. we enjoyed the salmon special last night perfectly prepared fresh wild coho salmon. the suppe, a white bean-red soup, was very special with the warm, freshly made sourdough bag. we loved the chateau st michelle 2015 columbia valley cabernet. at $42 it was a big wee at a fair price and the whole evening was cut off by wonderful live keyboard music and Blackberry bully... What User doesn't like about Deer Harbor Inn:
The restaurant serves great food in a strange, funky, outdated, and unpleasant setting. The website photos are misleading as there is no view of the water, only a strange garden. The creepy ambiance is offset by a cheerful piano player/singer who provides nonstop entertainment and walks around the room for tips. While the food is worth the trip, the overall experience is somewhat creepy. View all feedback.
