The chicken was extremely dry, probably from being too overcooked and most likely has been sitting out for far too long. I believe the location isn't busy enough to keep the some of its food fresh. I noticed they drench the chicken with grease to soften it up which was surprising to see. Be careful with some of the veggies as they also looked very old.
