The definition of a hidden gem. Everywhere of Ihop when Gps brings you to the back, go around and go the neighborhood and there is a front parking lot. Small and efficient breakfast connection. I ordered a coffee and a Belgian waffle for $6. I sat in one of the three round tables inside, window view, good amount of natural lighting, and there are terrace seats with Us1 as a view. Large small cafe, love the philly cheese steak and the BLT is also very good. Staff is helpful to make sure you like the food.
Sandwiches were great. He was there at 11:30 and the terrace seats were almost full when we were gone. The Roastbeef sandwich was huge.

Food was so good and very cheap, I could not believe it, very friendly and clean environment, sitting in doors or outside. The cashier remembered everything we ordered from day before down to drinks. Next time we're in Florida.
Great, food, great staff atmosphere. Jojo's catered my fiance's repast everything was exquisite. Compliments of the FHE/ Mr. Moustafa. I highly suggest Jojo's for a great meal breakfast, lunch, or dinner anytime. And you must try the Philly Cheese Steak . WOW !!!!
