Hot Rice - Defiance

What J H likes about Hot Rice:
The food itself is actually really good! They do make special requests (like noodles no veggies) and it's fresh! The mall itself is falling apart and pretty dirty around there area, the lady that helps doesn't respond much and makes you feel uncomfortable when asking questions. However, it is good so I'll continue to visit when I want Chinese. View all feedback.

What Elle Bea doesn't like about Hot Rice:
The food has been good since I was a teenager. The owners back then were amazing and felt like visiting family. The current owner is very rude and makes people feel very uncomfortable. People talk about her service on Facebook a lot. She even made her husband fire my cousin after he hired her because she was black. View all feedback.
