"What a nice surprise! We were just making an evening stop before going to the Iles de la Madeleine, not expecting much from Edmunston since everyone told us there isnt much there. But WOW! Le Patrimoine is a beautiful place. The site is incredible outside and inside. The food is awesome. Pizza wood oven and beautiful salads. And the service so nice. Thanks Le Patrimoine!!"

"Owner Dany met us in the parking lot when we arrived and made us feel at home from the start. We stayed in a beautiful suite and then had the best breakfast of our entire trip to eastern Canada, professionally prepared by Dany 's wife Denise....We hated to leave, and are determined to come back for a two-day stay so we can explore the lovely lake area. This is a must stay establishment if you are anywhere near Témiscouata-sur-le-Lac."

"It is very beautiful, very good, very welcoming service, but it would be even better if the meats were cooked in the syrup. I was a few times and it seems that it was only boiled in water. It's the only thing missing. Good continuation!"
