"This place is a gem. The atmosphere, the service and the food are ALL amazing! The Caesar salad was perfect, the bacon was soooo good! Garlic fingers and the pizzas we had were delicious. The server was outstanding. We asked for a few changes and she did not skip a beat. This restaurant is in a beautiful and peaceful setting which adds to its charm. We highly recommend and we will certainly come back!"

"The food was great. Home made burger (Votes together type of sloppy though) and poutine! We ordered a large to share and it was big enough to feed 4 people. The ice cream is super creamy and amazing. We have two drinks, two burgers and... a massive poutine for $20! Great place if you're on a budget. Clean, outdoor seats and friendly staff."

"My husband and I stay in Temiscouata-sur-lac when we are heading to the East coast from the Ottawa/Gatineau region, and found this place on our recent road trip. The restaurant is a nice size, and is decorated with antiques. It is in the bottom floor of the inn, and there is parking around back.My husband had the table d'hote menu, which includes an appetizer, main, dessert, and tea or coffee. His shrimp appetizer was delicious! I had the soup of the day, a carrot and coconut milk potage, and both of our mains were steak with fries and salad. We shared the dessert, a chocolate fondant aka lava cake. The food was well prepared and tasty. Our server is also the co-owner, and was friendly and attentive. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in the area. It is only about a 30 minute drive from downtown Edmundston, NB."

"This property is well past it's prime. Our cottage was very tired.The biggest concern is that when we opened the door the bed was very messy.The bedspread was not straight but crooked and wrinkled.The sheets were no longer white but thin and yellow with some old stains on sheets and pillow cases.The bottom sheet was not fitted but a flat sheet thrown crooked over the mattress...partly tucked in and part hanging.The bathroom and towels were fine but the stovetop was dirty and there were food splatters on the kettle from the last occupant .The setting is good and easy to access.So VERY dissatisfied. House keeping was a failure...I would not recommend this property. It was obvious that complaining to the front desk was not worthwhile.We did not bother with the dining room but welcomed the opportunity to leave the cottage and go into town for dinner .Then we sat outside as long as we could. Truthfully if we had not had a very long day of travelling and another one ahead we would have left. So VERY dissatisfied."
