"Outstanding service and food. We went on a busy Saturday (worth the short wait) and are still talking about our experience the following week. The burritos are platter sized and loaded with tender, flavorful shredded chicken. We never had an empty basket of chips thanks to how friendly and attentive all the servers are there. We're already looking forward to our next visit!Dietary restrictions: Very accommodating to dairy allergy and our server promptly followed up to ensure the burrito was prepared correctly."

"What an awesome restaurant. We love the setting and our waitress was fabulous. Ask first Cherie the next time you dine. Great service. Let's talk about the food. I hade the stuffed biscuit and my wife had the omelet with the brie cheese. Oh my God,this was the best breakfast I've had in ages. Our food was amazing. I love the stuffed biscuit and my wife raved about theomelet. Our hasbrowns were perfectly made as well. This was our first time here and it will not be our last."

"Such great food!!! A couple months ago I placed an order at Bea's and I went to pick it up and they had forgot to turn it in, which was very disappointing. However today I returned to pick up an order and she immediately recognized me, apologized and picked up my tab!! That's what good customer service is all about we all make mistakes but we need to make sure that our good customers are satisfied and they do a very fine job!!! Thank you bea's!!!!"

"It was family weekend for NIU, and I flew in to take my family to dinner. They were out of one of the specials, and then they were out with our #2 choice. The Cajun mac and cheese was not good. The sushi was alright. We got a lot (over $200 worth for 4pp), and I can't even remember what else. The place has so much potential, but the food and slow service were disappointing. They were nice enough, but the place could be so much more. Maybe focus on a niche food theme instead of trying to be The Cheesecake Factory."

"Have dined here maybe 5-6 times, if not more. Seems to be a lesser experience each time. Most recent had (yet again) dirty and broken high chair for our daughter, wet slippery floors that didn't look clean and cutlery that also wasn't entirely clean. Tables felt sticky. Food is decent but hard to justify going there if the place is a mess. These issues happening on repeat looks more like a pattern of carelessness. These should be the easy things to take care of. Instead tiy seems like staff thinks it's too much or management doesn't care, or both. Can't decide if 3 stars is too generous or not. Again, some of the food is tasty but you start to wonder if other parts of the puzzle are off, not clean etc..."
