The whopper was actually much better than I remember. The original chicken sandwich was kinda mid to be honest. But the milkshake was delicious

"OPA is one of our favorite places in Delaware! Hand down the best circles!! Get the Saganaki Opa (flaming cheese at your table) especially when you have children with you. "This place has no phone to take take-out orders. I arrived at my hotel wanting to order from a local business. After attempting to call twice and getting a voicemail that in no way explained the fact that they don 't take phone orders, I walked in and was told We don 't have a phone. I have an argument for any rebuttal to this being a major fail in customer service. Notably: 1) If you 're understaffed; pay more and you won 't be. 2) If you get a lot of orders where no one shows to pick up the food; have customers pay upfront and (in situations where that doesn 't work) hand out the food to regulars for free in order to foster customer word-of-mouth praise. 3) If you just don 't want to deal with the influx in the type of customers that order take-out and door dashers; your inconsiderate and don 't deserve to own a downtown service-based business. It 's 2023. Your job as a food-service-based business is to make convenience a top priority. Any amount of making a business have a feel of exclusivity is an outmoded, egotistical, and anti-progress in the realm of customer service. Get better."
