An unexpected gem in the lovely little town of Delaware Water Gap. You can tell the chef/owner spent some time on the West Coast (Portland and Mount Hood, OR) with this TexMex food truck concept and adjacent sake microbrewery. Excited to check it out but went on a Saturday at 2pm and it was closed with no hours posted.
Food was in great portions and hospitality was above expected. Great place.

"I officially love this place. I went in today and ordered an amazing chicken gyro with a side of fries. Their fries are so crispy and flavorful. They had a bunch of delicious looking cakes and sweet treats. I ended up getting some delectable baklava. Definitely worth the visit!"
