First time in Delbrück, but never again we will set foot in this branch. Floor sticks and at the checkout it was dirty. Operation only after 3 minutes, it was better to talk to the colleague. Cookies for children are unfortunately broken in the bag. Customer-friendly is something else. Was not even explained what meat or cheese they have on site. View all feedback.

Except for the Pepsi, everything was okay. Staff was overwhelmed with five orders. Then it also complained that we chose a menue at the checkout and wanted to split potatoes. Know this from other branches that is generally asked at the checkout whether menue or not.
Employees think they're funny, they say you don't get cookies. Then he happily serves 3 other customers and when I asked again if I could get cookies, it was said “right, you’re still there.” Absolute naughtiness to deal with customers. Do not visit this branch anymore. I have a total of 10!!! Minutes waited, after that I drove to another branch, that was worth it. There was even 0.20€ cheaper
Elena is the best employee, her beauty radiates to the sandwich pure <3 Leonie unfortunately does not like carrots. Total legga everything.
