Just a normal gluten free bun instead of a normal bun for a bit of an extra fee. They also have one gluten free pastry and a bun that has a really small amount of gluten in it. Cross contamination however is a great possibility. They do ask you if you can handle crumbs and if you can they’ll clean the workspace for you. View all feedback.
