"My family and I have been eating in Beer Barrel for many years. Spread a lot of money in there over these years. Tonight was a terrible night. That would have been fine to accept the fact that the manager has distracted the situation this evening, told us we had too high a standard and have not cleared up our concerns. Didn?t even offers a favorable discount for our frustration. Everything would have been good and made us appreciate. When the waitress tried to offer an employee rebate that she thought was completely justified, he did not let her do because he told her he came and spoke to us and we understood? No, sir, you've come to us involuntarily and ended up with us? The waitress had already offered the employee rebate and we were satisfied with whatever that would have been, so we didn't make a bigger deal from it when he died. If we had known that he would refuse the discount, we would have spoken more to him. But I had already told him that we had waited for our food, what felt like an hour, and he came back and told us, ?we?ll you? ve was here for 49 minutes and I think this is a reasonable time.? Are you kidding? What watch are you watching? We had the ones sitting next to us who came in the way after we got food there and finish it before we even got ours. We are so disappointed today by this facility. More than the manager. His excuse why we had to wait what it sounded like he thought we weren't waiting long to start with was that they weren't a burger joint and don't have enough space on the grill. When we got our food, most tables were wiped out! Even if that were the case, he should have come while we waited and told us what the problem was, then we would have had more understanding and felt like they knew we were waiting. Unfortunately, the way we were treated today gave us the feeling we had forgotten. The waitress himself said it was unacceptable and never should have happened. Why didn't the manager feel like that? You obviously have a handful of people who feel like that, but you? the only one that says differently. This manager, Isaiah, made a really bad taste in our mouth for this facility and I am not sure that we eat here further when the managers treat frequent customers. His apologies did not help the situation, it was only justified in his own eyes, so that he had no accomplices on his layer. Well, now you? ve has to deal with reviews. Better. Train better. The manager founded himself personally and on the phone so no more I can say about it or to this place. We tried to allow them room to confirm our concerns, but it was neglected twice by the manager."
