"Super rude staff. At least five of you in there and blankly just stared at me and my friend as I walked in and viewed the display inside… couldn’t even get a hello? What a way to attract customers! I actually wanted to buy a few items but felt so uncomfortable to even do so. Anyways, I will never be back. I used to go to Kilwins in New Jersey , and in comparison this experience was absolutely terrible. No wonder you had no one in there in the first place. Take your business elsewhere."

"My son and I are on the hunt for the best Boba place in our area. We were greeted with a friendly smile by two gentlemen when we arrived. The place was a bit messy and the trash was overflowing. We each got a Boba and split a few dumplings. The beef dumplings were delicious! You can tell they were handmade with a lot of care. The Boba was average, nothing different than any other place we've tried. The bathroom is in the back in a dark area and not very clean. There was no soap either. How do the employees wash their hands Parking was challenging as it is in downtown Delray so street parking.Not 100% sure we would go back just for the cleanliness issues."

"Was so happy to find Jamaican cuisine that was located close to me. Had to drive to Hypoluxo which is miles away. My experience with customer service was not good. The woman at the counter was not very friendly. Felt unwelcome as soon as I walked in, just got a look like what this white woman doing in here. The food that day was very good though so I did go back. Same experience with service the 2nd time and food was horrible threw most of $16 oxtail away and actually got sick. Gave it one last try and this time i got mostly bones no meat. Wasted too much of my money there.I'll take my money elsewhere. Never Again!!!! Sad because they are literally 5-10 mins away. My happiness was turned to disappointment fast."
