I would NEVER recommend this restaurantNot only was the service horrible but the food is inedible.
When I moved to Delray I was in search of good Chinese food which is not an easy thing to do, after all we are in South Florida.
I have been coming to Mr Chen's for about 9 years nowIt's a hidden treasure next door to Delray Hospital tucked away in a medical building.
