The best experience I had in a movie theatre. Great staff, friendly attentive 5-star service. I ordered some food, everything was amazing! Not an article about 11 articles we had was disappointing, Filmtheater Essen is not always good, her was GREAT! We went there on a Friday night to see Oppenheimer. Ticket window was closed at 7 pm and only one ticket machine was available inside. We left.If you want me to watch a movie in your theater, don’t make it difficult to get in.
