I saw this ramen restaurant on instagram and it looked amazing. I loved the setup and the waitress was very kind. We ordered dumplings which came with a savory sauce as the appetizer. Deliciously satisfying. For my entree I ordered the Kimchi chicken ramen which was so flavorful and filling. I added medium spice to my ramen which was a great idea. this is my second underwhelming visit to ramen lab. they sat us at a communal one sided table. like a bar but without the bar behind it. not ideal but not an issue. we ordered the yaki soba with grilled chicken and the hawaiian poke bowl with tofu. we werent in a rush or anything so didnt mind the wait. but we did wait a really long time for the food. when we finished we asked to get 2 boba teas to go (taro and cocon...
