I visited my mother in the law from new york. I just have to say how the woman who works with the cook is an absolute shame as she speaks with the older people. she's rude and mean. it is absolutely disgusting .. an old woman fell into the poolarea and her man asked for ice. she would not give him any ice unless he paid 2.00 for a cup of ice. then she goes on to say well that I didn't let her fall.
