The food was average. Nothing special in terms of quality or taste. Its great to be so close to the Beach though, and sitting outdoors, so the atmosphere makes up for it. The service is great too. View all feedback.

What Linda Scott doesn't like about Caffe Luna Rosa:
Used to be good but the service and rudeness of servers have changed over the years. A local warned me about it, and I witnessed it myself today. if you’re sitting outside with a small 13 lbs dog, and it happens to bark a few times at a dog across the street, you’re told your dog is not allowed to bark! Wow! Should I bring a shock collar the next time? I won’t be back so rude! View all feedback.
