Dunkin' - Deltona

I ordered a large iced macchiato with less ice. A macchiato should have a stronger coffee flavor than milk, but just look at the photo of my drink—it’s way too light! It tasted mostly like milk and sugar! For a large macchiato, you’re supposed to get the equivalent of three shots of espresso, especially since more milk means you need more coffee to balance the flavors. However, this manager seems to add more milk without adding extra coffee, essentially turning my order into a latte instead! They’re charging nearly $6 for a drink that they’re preparing incorrectly. A bag of Dunkin' coffee costs $7-9 and can make about 10 macchiatos. Save your money and either make it at home or go to a different coffee shop if you want your drink made right.

I placed an order worth nearly $30 through the app, but when I arrived at the restaurant, I was informed that their oven was broken and they had no food available—only drinks. I requested a refund, but the staff member said she was unable to process it. When I asked for the manager, she claimed she didn’t know who that was. I then requested a phone number, but I was told that the manager didn’t have one. After nearly 30 minutes of back-and-forth with four other employees who seemed indifferent or unable to help, I decided to leave in frustration. I'm still owed that $30. I tried calling during the week to speak with the manager, who I was told would be there that day, but I got no answer from the restaurant at all.

The food is excellent, and the drive-thru service usually takes less than 5 minutes. The staff members are lovely as well. However, they often run out of items, and while I understand the reasons behind this, it might be worth considering adjusting my rating. It's not a supplier issue that they run out just before 11:00.

Thank you for putting my frosted donut upside down in the bag. The hash browns were soggy and undercooked, and the coffee was disappointing as well.

The coffee arrived incredibly quickly! The DoorDash driver was excellent. Thank you for the perfectly brewed coffee, especially since my coffee pot decided to stop working. My son also loved his hashbrowns and the Christmas sprinkles on the classic donuts.
