We recently dinned at Fouquet. Most of our company had the 5 course menu. We sat next to the kitchen counter. Everything was very nice until we noticed how the dessert was being plated. The employee plating the dessert would lick her fingers after placing each of the dessert's pieces and before placing the next piece.
