"Visiting my home town after 40 years away and a nice surprise to see things I still recognised as well as things new. Thaidee was one of the new things and what a nice surprise. The food was excellent, with wonderful flavours and fresh ingredients. I settled for a change cken and coconut flavoured soup for a starter followed by a green curry. Both perfectly cooked and very tasty. The staff were very welcoming, helpful and great company answering questions about the food and listening to my reminiscing about the town I left in the 1980s. The restaurant also serves take away food, but I will be returning to eat at their tables. "Due to covid restrictions the restaurant is only supplying pre prepared takeaway meals, but what a treat. Simple re heat instructions left us with a superb meal for two, of five star quality, for less than thirty pounds. "That is a nice pub in the middle of nowhere, but the journey worth it. a word of warning when traveling from prestatyn, then the road is very steep and with 2 very sharp curves. the pub itself is really beautiful inside and outside and the staff is really friendly. we can recommend the house made curry, as it was really nice with big chicken stable."

"On holiday in ruthin and decided to eat lunch in spoons. much bigger than it looks, great outside area with beautiful view. service was for a Saturday, they know what a spoon sold, so eating was ok and drinks cheap. would be really nice out in the summer."
