I have visited a number of times and the staff are always friendly, the service is always brilliant, even when there's a coach party of 30 people also in at the same time! Really shocked at the terrible experience I had today at at Caffi Florence. It is the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. No one expects to enter a cafe with a child and be shouted at! That is unfortunately what happened today and my friend’s daughter was really upset.
