We booked a paella for 5 at 14:00 , the day before . when we went to pick it up , they had lost the reservation and had not prepared the paella to take us. They told us to give them 40 minutes that they would have it. those 40 minutes became 1 hour and 10 minutes. rice was not a wonder (dry chicken, hard and there were areas where rice was undone) told us that when we returned the paella we would be returned the paella bail.
