We went to eat the very natural manager explained everything very well, the Spanish chief and very understood we saw him working elbow there where the paellas were invited to take something typical that is done there, and the truth that could enjoy my company and the other customers of the other loved ones why there is not the typical barefoot that wants you to leave. We booked a paella for 5 at 14:00 , the day before . when we went to pick it up , they had lost the reservation and had not prepared the paella to take us. They told us to give them 40 minutes that they would have it. those 40 minutes became 1 hour and 10 minutes. rice was not a wonder (dry chicken, hard and there were areas where rice was undone) told us that when we returned the paella we would be returned the pael... Good place to try paellas of all kinds made to wood while you enjoy taking a bath in the pool, playing tennis or simply taking something while you see how they do your paella, even give you the option to participate in their elaboration. It's not your place if you're looking for a romantic or intimate place to go with your partner or luxury. is a place to meet families or groups of friends in the countryside and savor your menu in good environment. the menu is set and you can change the type of rice or noodle. snacks, olives with peppers in vinegar, potatoes, followed by steamed cushions with a soft spicy touch, tomato salad of your own garlic, ham table and cheese plus paella, dessert, coffee and liquor. 18€ and this summer were 13€ per person and if it is to take 6,50€ paella solo. There is no wine list, the drink is included and can be sangria, home wine, beer or soft drinks that serve without limit included in the price. the paella takes about 45 minutes to do it while taking the appetizer when you want them to start making your paella. During their production they invite you to try a shot of a hunter (anise) with a typical shell that ate in the Valencian farms while working, this is done in the bar in front of the paellas and tells you the origin. the food extends from 2 to 4 hours without haste. being all outdoors only opens the May/June season until the end of September. We have gone three times and the best paella we have ever eaten in the area.
The site is authentic at all, an experience for those who are not of the earth, is as if you were invited to your garden a Valencian farmer 20 years ago, the food and the presentation remain just as the bowl is, a real character who decided to come to this house with garden near the center of dénia to sell your assembly, here there is more business started with appetizers of all life in plastic bowls and the more rhines. And then he calls you to get up and walk with him, he has moved the chicken buds to pieces to make the paella and you have to eat them with his hand while you give him a shot of a hunter and conversations with him, it's what he touches and he's done all his life then the paella he's made, you threw salt twice, a pity, and the fruit in pieces to finish. an even more experience for the aliens who get up here.

Parking, swimming pool, tennis, terrace, the perfect place to spend a great day and eat a Valencian menu.

When we went to return it (domestic at 20:30) it was closed and that q advertised, both on their website, and on the store poster that the schedule is Monday to Sunday from 13:00 to 22:00. Of course I don't recommend it or I'll come back.
