I placed a pickup order as I have a newborn and wanted to not worry about a Father's Day breakfast. Placed it Saturday and it said pickup time was 8:15 Sunday. When I arrived I called the number on the email and recieved no answer. After several calls I went in and was told they hadn't seen my order at all.
