"Exceptionally slow.The staff who like high school theater dropouts, have no idea half the time where they are or what they are doing.One girl, placed four ready to bake pizzas on the top shelf of an oven that wasn't even working. They sat their until someone told her about them ten minutes later. Yes, because it's important to wear the same pair of plastic gloves that you prepare and handle food with, but also wipe your face, and open doors with that countless others have touched the same surfaces.The owner obviously has no idea how his business is being run into the ground."

"I was so excited to try this place out last night with a friend. I can be picky, but the staff, food and drinks exceeded my expectations. We were seated in a room with a wedding party and we could barely hear each other over the noise. We did decide to roll with it because it's a Saturday night so of course it's busy! As the wedding party got louder and the drinks started flowing, the people from that party started crowding our table..like so VERY close! A server saw our distress and asked us if we wanted to move! What amazing service! The crab cakes were sensational. My friend and I both enjoyed our seafood and the key lime pie was the best I have ever had. I do wish they had a larger bar or seating area while you're waiting for your table, but other than that, I cannot imagine a better dining experience. I will definitely be back."

"I’d like to start out by saying I really didn’t appreciate how the girl taking our order was very hostile and rude to my friend and I. This was our first time at this establishment and we feel like we were treated very poorly. When we walked in we were asked what we wanted and when we explained we’d like to look at the menu first, two workers laughed at us and said “well, the menu is right there” in between laughs. When we were ordering our boba, the worker very rudely said “you’re not getting food?” We were taken aback by this but we ordered regardless. Besides the service, the boba was not good. Our drinks were warm and the ice melted immediately. We took a few sips and our stomachs began to ache. We were looking forward to having some boba but were greatly disappointed by this place. Most likely will not be coming back."
