We found this jewel on a trip to Cape. The owners both worked, and everyone was sociable and real! The menu had many great choices for us vegetarians and the wine shop was a nice addition. Some remarkable elements were tomato salad, dessert of corn cake with ice cream and its cheese plate. all made with care and with local ingredients. Both couples shared a salad with their partner. Our server brought the two salads and placed them in front of the women. No attempt was made to either divide the salads in the kitchen or provide extra plates. We had to use our bread and butter plates in order to share. The food, however, was very tasty and all four of us enjoyed our entree. View all feedback.

This place is incredible and deserves 5 stars! The ambience was cozy, very friendly waiting staff and amazing food! We also loved the cocktail list. We loved the wine shop and appreciate the meeting Adam, the owner. I've been coming to Brewster/Dennis for 37 years and yes, this place is different from other run of the mill seafood and Koleslaw restaurants. It is a welcome addition to the many old restaurants in the area and the community should welcome the pheasant with open arms. Enough to return ASAP!
With Cape Cod filled with one too many tired old fried seafood restaurants, it's a welcome break to go visit The Pheasant. The menu changes by season, makes use of local ingredients, and is always well planned and executed. You can do inside or outside dining, and there is also a great bar area with custom cocktails. Outside dining is available in a nice back courtyard or at picnic tables by a fire pit. You can also order take out. The staff is always well trained, and the owners are great. Starting last season they also added a great wine store in the restaurant that carries some great labels. We consider this one of the best if not the best restaurant on Cape Cod.
Absolutely incredible. I was blown away by my experience ot The Pheasant both with regards to the food and the service. It was an phenomenal experience. Oh, the fish chips dish was pretty good but the chips were a little too thick and crunchy. The steak was also mildly disappointing, only because the bar had been set so high by the Uli's Mushrooms and the incredible Scallop Crudo. Still, it was an overall fabulous experience.
The Pheasant was the perfect blend of Covid awareness, incredible food and super friendly staff. Five thousand stars! Can't wait to come back. ?? As a person from Cape Cod, I feel boastful and excited that this restaurant exists a few simple miles from my mom's. Thank you Pheasant!!
