What Andrew Moodie doesn't like about The Courtyard Coffee Shop:
While in having lunch today, before starting I noticed a hair in my sandwich. This was then replaced, but the replacement had another very lengthy hair right in the middle of the sandwich. I was lunching along with two friends and although I wasn't charged for my own food (which returned uneaten), there was no offer of any other reduction in the bill. Not a good experience.
