What John Hartley doesn't like about Rick's:
Have not eaten there in years because of bad experience but wife and I decided to give it another chance waitress very friendly and gave good service but they brought me these old baked potatoes fried with onions with some kind of white substance on them unrecognizable looked disgusting could not eat biscuits were rubbery bacon was over cooked and cold will never return View all feedback.

"I've come to this location twice now. The food and customer service was great both times. Unfortunately, the second visit they forgot our deserts. We had never tried their desert biscuits and was really looking forward to it. We live 10 minutes away so by the time we got home and noticed we didn't want to go back. I do take some responsibility for not checking my order before I left. Just bummed but still want to give a high rating for everything else. We will go back but will be checking our order before we leave. Lesson Learned."
