My wife really liked the decor and familiar feel of the diner. We tried the breakfast quesadilla and pineapple upside-down pancakes. Both were delicious as was the gravy biscuit I had as a side. What happened? This place was the go-to place for exceptional breakfast. My last two visits have been less than stellar. Most recent visit...they were out of their famous French toast. Arguably one of their most popular items. Last two visits, we're out I ordered a basic breakfast (eggs, liver mush and grits). My wife ordered an omelet and my daughter got a waffle.
