I had lunch at the Colorado Sake Company on a Saturday. The food (dim sum, sushi, and mochi for dessert) was excellent, the sake (blueberry hibiscus and peach whiskey) was incredibly tasty and refreshing, and the service was wonderful. We can't wait to return! View all feedback.
