I was so pleasantly surprised to find this place as it turned out, full of taste, satisfying and yet refreshing after a long flight with so many selected options! this is located in the B-Congress of the airport denver. I had a bowl, and since we can adapt it, I could get the sweet and vegan sauces. their glass partition clearly lists the ingredients and labels whether they are vegan/ gluten-free etc. I found it very useful. eating was also better than average. what was going on was that the server used the same gloves for handling vegetarian and non vegetarian items.
