Ok the brisket here had really good flavor but why are there only a few spots here in Denver that know how to serve sliced brisket . the bark is supposed to stay attached to the meat not get a pile of meat that looks like it was half chopped ... the beans were bomb and the pork belly burnt ends were amazing View all feedback.
